Performance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate insights to drive decision-making and manage SQL based claims data reconciliation
- Develop and test SQL code for historical claims episode analysis
- Create and distribute monthly reporting to contracted payors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, business administration, or a relevant field
- Two (2+) years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare claims
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred
- Financial reconciliation experience is preferred
