Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Quality and Compliance for a large federal contract serving military members and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage quality management and assurance plan
- Manage service level agreement outcomes tracking and reporting
- Conduct gap analyses, risk management, and oversee quality concerns resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years' supervisory experience
- Minimum of seven years' experience managing operational efficiencies and quality standards
- Two years working with a military or DoD organization(s) with knowledge of U.S. Government regulations
- Bachelor's degree
- No specific licenses or certifications required
