PFC Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Quality and Compliance for a large federal contract serving military members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage quality management and assurance plan
• Manage service level agreement outcomes tracking and reporting
• Conduct gap analyses, risk management, and oversee quality concerns resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years' supervisory experience
• Minimum of seven years' experience managing operational efficiencies and quality standards
• Two years working with a military or DoD organization(s) with knowledge of U.S. Government regulations
• Bachelor's degree
• No specific licenses or certifications required
