Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Engineer for their Professional Services Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Zoom Customer Experience Products (CX) including Zoom Phone, Contact Center, and more
  • Collaborate with clients to implement Zoom's solutions and map customer requirements to specific Zoom capabilities
  • Integrate 3rd party products, migrate customers to Zoom, and troubleshoot deployments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in voice, SMS, Chat, and contact center solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or equivalent and at least 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing CX solutions
  • Strong experience with UC and Contact Center best practices, cloud migrations, and CRM vendors
  • Ability to create and execute new processes and strong networking experience
  • Experience with other cloud and premise UC/voice/chat/email/social/video/SMS solutions and enterprise verticals preferred
