Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director for Medicare Stars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Star Program strategy development and execution
- Lead enterprise governance development for Star Program
- Collaborate with other units for intervention development and execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
- 5 years Medicare experience
- 3 years management experience
- Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio
