Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of coaching and mentoring initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and report outcomes to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, adult learning, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing coaching, mentoring, and learning programs
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
