RCM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, RCM for their fully remote remote worker department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all revenue activities and strategize ways to increase company profitability
• Manage all patient and payors accounts receivable to maximize revenue collected
• Create and track key performance indicators for the RCM team

Required Qualifications:

• Associated degree from an accredited college, advanced degree preferred
• Three years of work related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management
• Two years of HME claims experience preferred
