A company is looking for an RCM Payment Posting Assistant Manager with experience in revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of payment posting specialists
• Oversee the accurate and timely recording of payments, adjustments, and denials
• Perform reconciliation of payments, generate reports, and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 5 years experience as a Team Lead
• Highly organized with superior moral compass and work ethics
• Proficiency in medical coding systems and strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes
• Proficient in using healthcare information systems and billing software
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC) is a plus
