Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting and Provider Relations Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvements in recruiting, onboarding, and provider relations
- Manage day-to-day operations of recruiting, onboarding, retention, and provider relations
- Develop key referral sources, establish contractual relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with hospitals, health plans, or large physicians groups
- Previous management experience, including hiring and training staff
- Salesforce experience, preferably at an expert level
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excel proficiency, preferably at an expert level
