Job Summary
An international nonprofit is in need of a Remote Accounting Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating, enhancing and streamlining cash processes and controls
- Ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across the finance organization through tools, technology and best practices
- Driving bank account architecture
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in an accounting or cash management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior experience with banking platforms and cash controls
- Knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, internal control, and payroll taxes
- Proven track record of driving operational improvement in financial processes
