Remote Accounting Operations Director

Job Summary

An international nonprofit is in need of a Remote Accounting Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating, enhancing and streamlining cash processes and controls
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across the finance organization through tools, technology and best practices
• Driving bank account architecture

Qualifications for this position include:

• 10+ years of experience in an accounting or cash management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Prior experience with banking platforms and cash controls
• Knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, internal control, and payroll taxes
• Proven track record of driving operational improvement in financial processes
