Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Business Operations Solutions Strategic Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by identifying, pursuing, capturing add-on, new capability and cross-selling
- Deliver focused Account Management discipline to support our internal and external clients
- Generate revenue
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or related work experience
- Demonstrate expertise in Business Operations Solutions (BPO/BPS)
- Experience managing in a matrix organization
- Possess several years' track record of managing multiple large enterprise level client accounts
- Experience with functional account management consistent with responsibilities specified
