Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding Benefits, Enrollment, Eligibility, Invoicing, Claims, and related topics
  • Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and address customer inquiries
  • Utilize multiple systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Pass a background check
  • Have a home internet connection with specified speed and a distraction-free workspace
