Job Summary
A commercial real estate service has an open position for a Remote Center of Excellence Account Transition Director.
Must be able to:
- Be accountable for account transitions and special projects success
- Be responsible for setting and driving transition & project objectives and performance indicators
- Formulate recommendations and implementation plans to augment delivery and improve client satisfaction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Deep operational knowledge in complex organizations
- International work experience preferred
- Professional background in Transaction Management or Account Management with blue chip/sophisticated clients
