Job Summary
An education service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Technical Services Consultant I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting up and configure client’s workflows (business processes), security roles and rights pe requirements
- Leading, owning, and managing technical aspects of client implementations and lead requirements gathering
- Providing technical expertise and training to colleagues and client
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of prior experience working in a SaaS-based company
- Strong analytical skills, data management, and reporting capabilities
- Ability to take on large, strategic accounts and be cross-trained on a variety of solutions
- Can lead Integration Discussions including internal integration, state reporting & 3rd party integrations
