Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consultant, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and understand customers' business processes and goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and managing program engagements
- Analyze client data to perform strategic analysis and influence the company to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles, preferably in a B2B hyper-growth environment
- Previous experience with card products and program management capability
- Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies
- Reside in S o Paulo and be available for occasional client visits
