Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Climate and Environment Project Management Office Governance and Data Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Shape, plan, manage and work with the Enterprise and BGs/Functions
• Integrate continuous improvement and performance excellence disciplines, methods, and tools
• Develop strategic roadmaps for C&E portfolio

Qualifications for this position include:

• Degree in Business or relevant experience in the field of Continuous Improvement / Program Management / Sustainability
• 10 years of professional experience, with 5-7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Performance Excellence
• 5 years of Program Management experience, leading large complex initiatives
• Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to engage a team of talented employees
• Demonstrated ability to make recommendations to senior management and influence business decisions
• Deep experience with Performance Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods, tool, and applications
