Investigate Service Request
Escalate the inquiry when needed to subject matter experts

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering OR equivalent work experience
1+ years of reading Engineering drawings
A good understanding of the Dealer Support Network preferred
