Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails
- Provide outstanding customer service and conduct outreach communications
- Document call information and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- 6 months of experience in Utilities or Health & Public Services
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computers and data entry experience
