Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails
  • Provide outstanding customer service and conduct outreach communications
  • Document call information and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • 6 months of experience in Utilities or Health & Public Services
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry experience
