Job Summary

An employee information company is seeking a Remote Customer Identity Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and engage customers
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Able to navigate various computer systems while trouble shooting
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
