Job Summary
An employee information company is seeking a Remote Customer Identity Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and engage customers
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or related area
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Able to navigate various computer systems while trouble shooting
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
