Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
  • Answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and input information into the computer system simultaneously
  • Ensure web camera visibility during work
Required Qualifications:
  • Call center experience, preferably in health insurance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 30-35 wpm preferred
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers required
