Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
- Answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and input information into the computer system simultaneously
- Ensure web camera visibility during work
Required Qualifications:
- Call center experience, preferably in health insurance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 30-35 wpm preferred
- Basic knowledge of personal computers required
