Job Summary

A software and consulting services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Software Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining customers confidentiality at all times in accordance with established client policies and procedures
  • Supporting customers in making educated decisions about their energy usage
  • Producing and maintaining documents for the warehouse and office using Excel and other applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to provide customer service support to our clients
  • Ability to produce and maintain documents for the warehouse and office using Excel and other applications
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality at all times in accordance with established client policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
