Job Summary
A software and consulting services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Software Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining customers confidentiality at all times in accordance with established client policies and procedures
- Supporting customers in making educated decisions about their energy usage
- Producing and maintaining documents for the warehouse and office using Excel and other applications
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide customer service support to our clients

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
