Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Implementation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as first line support for any early technical hiccups
  • Monitoring critical early user adoption, problem-solving as needed and sharing opportunities
  • Owning the setup experience for all new clients, ensuring we understand a client's key hiring workflows

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical onboarding & implementation or support focused client-facing role
  • Proven critical thinking skills with a track record for being able to unearth (through discovery)
  • Experience creating a highly organized, process-driven approach to seamlessly implementing new technologies
  • Experience in a SaaS ecosystem, ideally supporting a product like ours with a lot of 3rd party integrations
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great at troubleshooting tech problems and getting scrappy when there isn't a docs page for the process you're investigating
