Remote ED Coder

Job Summary

A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote ED Coder.

Must be able to:

• Code medical records accurately
• Work with the outpatient coding guidelines

Required Skills:

• Must demonstrate competency of outpatient coding guidelines and APC assignment
• A minimum of 2-year coding experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and emails
• Current AHIMA credentials or AAPC credentials, required or must be certified within one year of hire
