Job Summary
A 3D printer development company is filling a position for a Remote Engraving Customer Service and Support Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define goals and strategy for the Customer Success team
- Represent the team as a part of Leadership
- Decide what customer-centered initiatives to invest in at any given moment
Position Requirements Include:
- 10 years leading Customer Success organizations, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Built customer service organizations that are efficient and beloved
- Past team members found you to be inspiring, efficient, and helpful, and would love to work for you again
- Experience supporting consumer products
