Remote Healthcare Claims Operations Analyst

Job Summary

An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Claims Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring claims approvals and/or denials are made in accordance with company practices and procedures
• Supporting implementation activities related to claims management
• Supporting the Plan Operations team with daily activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
• Moderate proficiency in SQL required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• At least 2-5 years of claims processing, medical billing, healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits, and/ or commercial health insurance experience required
