Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls related to a Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to address inquiries and assist with program applications
  • Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider questions
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
