Job Summary
A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote HRIS and Human Resources Operations Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting strategic development, configuration, and management of HR systems to achieve efficiency/efficacy
- Analyzing data to drive and support HR strategies
- Managing data integration with other platforms and vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven track record implementing, operating &/or managing best-in-class HCM platforms
- Strong client service skills
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years HRIS experience
- Bachelor's degree in technology/HRIS or related field or equivalent experience required
