Remote Human Resource Information System Analyst

Job Summary

A health services comapny is filling a position for a Remote Human Resource Information System Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and monitoring progress of all external partners working within system on initiatives/projects
• Being responsible for training the Trainers on HRIS system and processes
• Helping support the administration and set up of performance and compensation reviews

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of 2 years HRIS experience and working with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
• Advanced analytical skills with extensive experienced with Excel
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition
