A software development company is looking for a Remote Insights Technology Client Success Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Personalizing product demos to suit the clients' needs
- Designing research proposals to address clients' business issues
Must have:
- 3-5 years of experience working in the market research industry
- Experience building relationships with senior-level insights professionals
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, communications, business, or equivalent professional work experience is preferred
