Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Must be able to:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances learner retention and knowledge transfer
• Design, develop, and test instructional materials, including the overall quality of the course content and the user experience
• Organize and maintain schedules to ensure steady work-flow of course material development

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, related discipline or equivalent industry experience or certification
• 2+ years experience in an eLearning role
• Experience in a functional training role with emphasis on design and business process training development and design
• Experience writing original and innovative technical training courses
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills
