Job Summary

A company that provides consulting services is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Articulating and leading the instructional design process
• Being the teammate everyone wants on their team
• Mentoring and coaching other instructional designers

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge and application of instructional design industry standards and best practices
• Knowledge and application of adult learning theory
• Experience leading instructional design teams and projects
• Bachelor’s with specialization in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• Formal training in instructional design
• 2-4 years of experience designing and developing participant-centered, applied learning solutions
