Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote ITSM App Engine ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Explaining the offerings available with ServiceNow ITSM Suite
- Delivering end-to-end automated solutions
- Delivering a high level of knowledge and customer service within the ITSM Suite
Qualifications for this position include:
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Development
- ITSM Suite experience
- Solid App Engine and Scoped Apps experience
- Background in either software development or IT Service management
- Effective communication skills via verbal and non-verbal methods
