Remote Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A pharmaceutical research firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being responsible for assisting with needs assessment and transforming existing content for eLearning Courses
• Applying proficiency using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise
• Writing scripts, applying graphic design skills, program user interactions, record software simulations, demonstrations, and more

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in a learning discipline or related area of study
• At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a quality and compliance document and training designer role is desired
• Pharmaceutical eLearning design experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Power Point) is required
• Able to generate metrics reports to be distributed to management
• Can upload course material as needed and assign appropriate roles to course per Veeva LMS
