Job Summary
A financial software and business solutions company is in need of a Remote Managed Service Operations Assistant Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the execution of all day-to-day services
- Forming partnerships with our client’s oversight & control groups
- Ensuring our contractual commitments are executed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Finance, or an equivalent level degree
- 5+ years of experience in Operations or working in a multinational bank or financial institution at a similar level
- Understanding of OTC cleared products
- Experience with regulatory requirements around client margining and trade allocations
- Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytics, and effective business communication
- Understanding of average price and allocation process, and variation margin and initial margin requirements
