Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain service standards and lead customer service activities to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders while managing return and warranty workflows
  • Oversee and optimize customer support platforms to improve workflows and resolution times
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and operations management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of CRM and customer support platforms, particularly Zendesk
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing support teams
  • Deep operational awareness with the ability to oversee fulfillment and product returns
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations for healthcare-related customer data preferred
