Job Summary
A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Media Member Support Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Execute member account update requests (ex. billing info updates, cancellations)
- Respond to member inquiries via email (and other channels) and maintaining a response rate under 24-hours
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward members at all times
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of experience in a front-line customer service role
- Above-average written communication skills
- Track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High comfort level with conflict resolution
- High familiarity with G-suite, especially Gsheets
- Experience working with CRM platforms
