Job Summary
A health services company is seeking a Remote Medical Client Systems Support.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Navigating proprietary software systems to research identified inaccuracies with out-of-pocket costs
- Generating quarterly requests to external vendor partners
- Troubleshooting and escalating discrepancies escalated by internal teams for prompt resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires a BA/BS degree or any combination of education and experience
- 1 year plus experience in the exchange of Medical and Prescription transactions
- Prior experience working with healthcare insurance claims operations highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills highly preferred
- Good understanding of Health Plan Benefits as it relates to Deductible and Out of Pocket Expenses preferred
