Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Medical Client Systems Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Navigating proprietary software systems to research identified inaccuracies with out-of-pocket costs
Generating quarterly requests to external vendor partners
Troubleshooting and escalating discrepancies escalated by internal teams for prompt resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

Requires a BA/BS degree or any combination of education and experience
1 year plus experience in the exchange of Medical and Prescription transactions
Prior experience working with healthcare insurance claims operations highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills highly preferred
Good understanding of Health Plan Benefits as it relates to Deductible and Out of Pocket Expenses preferred
