Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Medical Client Systems Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Navigating proprietary software systems to research identified inaccuracies with out-of-pocket costs
  • Generating quarterly requests to external vendor partners
  • Troubleshooting and escalating discrepancies escalated by internal teams for prompt resolution

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree or any combination of education and experience
  • 1 year plus experience in the exchange of Medical and Prescription transactions
  • Prior experience working with healthcare insurance claims operations highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Health Plan Benefits as it relates to Deductible and Out of Pocket Expenses preferred
