Remote Onboarding Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Coordinator (11:30AM - 8:00PM EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical Liaison field representatives
- Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources while maintaining communication with all parties
- Document all calls and appointments in Salesforce and monitor daily assessments
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work 11:30am to 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Previous outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar software
