Remote Operations Associate Director

Job Summary

A collector of human plasma is in need of a Remote Operations Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring center processes conform to operations standards by collaborating and communicating with staff
• Maintaining frequent and open communications with corporate operations, regulatory and quality departments
• Reviewing operational metrics and reports for trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years management experience, including managing employees
• Progressively more responsible positions in a complex organization and experience working in a regulated environment
• Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills to analyze situations
• Bachelor's degree preferably in a science or business related field
• 7+ years' experience including managing multi-site locations in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and continuous improvement concepts and systems
