A marketing and lead generation company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Practices Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a trusted partner to our employee base and front line managers in all things People Team related
- Shepherding inbound queries in our People Desk Ticketing System to quick resolution
- Working closely with People Business Partners as a process expert
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of HR experience with a fundamental understanding of how all parts of the team work together in service of the business
- Understanding of business cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances as they impact and influence operational execution
