A youth education company is in need of a Remote Platform User Support Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting and supporting the users by responding to customer inquiries
- Using data to drive quantitative decision-making
- Communicating with a diverse group of user
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support, tech support, customer service or success
- Experience with learning new technologies and explaining complex topic processes
- An inquisitive and fast learner
