Job Summary

A travel company has a current position open for a Remote Products Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying any gaps in support processes
  • Driving results by operating with a sense of urgency
  • Providing functional support for MS Office applications for data consolidation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least five years experience in the travel industry with extensive experience of business/corporate travel
  • Excellent business writing skills, to ensure documentation is written in a clear and concise manner
  • A proven background in client servicing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
