A travel company has a current position open for a Remote Products Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying any gaps in support processes
- Driving results by operating with a sense of urgency
- Providing functional support for MS Office applications for data consolidation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least five years experience in the travel industry with extensive experience of business/corporate travel
- Excellent business writing skills, to ensure documentation is written in a clear and concise manner
- A proven background in client servicing.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Creative problem solving skills
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
