An independent publishing company is filling a position for a Remote Publishing Services Customer Service Representative I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving incoming order and inquiry related calls and emails from customers
- Processing orders
- Listening and responding appropriately to customers' requests and concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- One to three years of customer service background
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent typing skills, ability to use keyboard accurately including 10 key experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer information
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
