Job Summary

A molecular diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Quality Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising staff, organize and assign work priorities by effectively directing workflow and managing available team resources
• Assisting in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and counseling of Revenue Cycle staff

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of experience effectively managing/leading and motivating staff members at all levels
• 1+ Years working in an EMR system, medical or insurance billing
