Remote Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
A software development firm is in need of a Remote Revenue Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing contracts and orders to ensure clean bookings and compliance
- Understanding pricing plans from Strategy/GMs for new products and/or new offers
- Assisting legal with MSA strategy and feedback on MSAs standing in current sales process
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years experience in an operations role working with contracts and MSAs
- Ability to understand and alleviate billing pain points via stop gaps where necessary
- Can balance between implementing system/process controls
- Can understand the perspective and pain points of each stakeholder without holding up deals
