Job Summary
A fundraising platform is in need of a Remote Revenue Operations Systems Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own administration of Zendesk and some of the HubSpot environment
- Manage and adapt to Revenue Operations activity and business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure highest of quality administration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in Business Administration or similar background
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, such as video editing software, content management systems and CRM
- Must have experience in HubSpot and Zendesk environments
