A marketing technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Operations Manager.

- Managing and maintaining Salesforce system per Deal Desk, Pardot, and Marketo
- Analyzing sales data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
- Developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations
- Work closely with the sales team to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including Deal Desk Approvals, Pardot to Marketo integration, Dashboards and reporting
