Job Summary

A telecommunications platform has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Service Cloud Customer Experience Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Jugglingmultiple conversations in Salesforce Service Cloud with a wide range of customers
  • Providing remote support/screen shares with customers for advanced troubleshooting
  • Being cccountable for maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce Service Cloud to track customer touch points

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Can maintain accurate documentation of tickets and processes
  • Proficiency in complex problem solving
  • Can engage in opportunities to learn and grow and share technical expertise with the team
  • Capable of working directly with customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Desire to thrive in a tight-knit, startup community
  • Ability to prioritize issues and resolve them in order
