Job Summary
A telecommunications platform has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Service Cloud Customer Experience Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Jugglingmultiple conversations in Salesforce Service Cloud with a wide range of customers
- Providing remote support/screen shares with customers for advanced troubleshooting
- Being cccountable for maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce Service Cloud to track customer touch points
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Can maintain accurate documentation of tickets and processes
- Proficiency in complex problem solving
- Can engage in opportunities to learn and grow and share technical expertise with the team
- Capable of working directly with customers via chat, email, and phone
- Desire to thrive in a tight-knit, startup community
- Ability to prioritize issues and resolve them in order
