Job Summary
An employee information company is filling a position for a Remote Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual financial reports with the SEC
- Design and scale the company's end-to-end external reporting process
- Design and maintain internal controls within the Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting function
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with SOX and internal controls over financial reporting
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements
- Strong communicator and proven ability to work cross functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
