Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Computational Scientist.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate with biologists, clinicians and core facility members
  • Containerize and deploy software solutions using Docker and Singularity
  • Write generalizable, organized, object-oriented code that is unit tested with proper documentation

Required Skills:

  • PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, bioengineering, statistics, chemical engineering
  • Advanced programming skills with intricate knowledge of Python
  • Experience with Javascript/Typescript and/or modern C++
  • Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, production-ready code
  • Experience with large data sets
  • Experience with Docker or Singularity
