A banking and credit lending company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Financial Service Now Software Engineering Manager.

- Ensuring that design and delivery are consistent with ServiceNow and Software Engineering good practices
- Managing software ownership and development from initial concept through continuous improvement
- Coaching and mentoring team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related
- 8+ years of Application Development experience
- 2+ years of Engineering People Management
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Ability to promote team innovation and collaboration of ideas across teams
